Q: Is the website safe to make a donation?
A: Yes the website is secure and encrypted. Click on the pad lock for more information.  Naomi’s Fund does not store any information.

Q: What company processes the donations?
A: Authorize.net, Naomi’s fund cannot see credit card information in our Authorize.net account.

Q: When am I billed for monthly donations?
A:  The day of the month you setup the monthly donation will be your billing day each month e.g.  If you setup the monthly donation on October 3rd, you will be billed every month on the 3rd.

Q: Can I increase or decrease my monthly donation amount?
A: There are two ways to increase or decrease your monthly donation; call authorize.net directly give your subscription ID, or you can send an email to donations@naomisfund.org.  The email should include subscription number, first and Last name.  When changes are submitted you will receive an email.

Q:  How do I cancel a monthly donation?
A: There are two ways to cancel your monthly donation; call authorize.net directly give your subscription ID, or you can send an email to donations@naomisfund.org.  The email should include subscription number, first and last name. When the donation is cancelled you will receive.

Q:  Can I cancel a monthly donation if I do not have my subscription ID?
A: Yes, send an email to donations@naomisfund.org.  Include your first and last name and the last 4 digits of your credit card.  Naomi’s fund will send you an email confirming the cancellation within 48 hours.
